LOLGA
The Dallas Cowboys said goodbye to the team's strongest kicker.
On Saturday,US time, the team announced the layoff of LOLGA the player Dan Bailey. In 2014,Bailey signed a contract with the cowboy for 7 years and 22.5 million US dollars, with 3 years left in the contract period. After cutting him,the cowboys vacated $3.4 million in salary space.
Bailey's career free throw percentage is 88.2%,ranking second in NFL history, second only to Baltimore Ravens' Justin Tucker.Bailey's free throws (186) is also a record of the Cowboys history.
The 30-year-old veteran missed four games last season due to a groin injury, and the accuracy rate dropped after the return. In the end,Bailey's season free kick percentage dropped to a career-low 75%,and missed additional shots twice, which was the only one of his 278 additional shot attempts.
Bailey should be able to find a new owner soon. The cowboy will hand over the burden to Brett Maher,a 28-year-old player who has not played in the regular season and has played in the CFL for the past four years, shooting 78.1% from the free kick.In the closing game of the preseason,Meyer completed a 57-yard free kick.
