ARK: Survival Evolved fans have a lot to look forward to in the coming months, as the game’s physical release draws closer and developer Studio Wildcard continues to release updates and expansions. But today, yet another exciting ARK related project has been announced.

On the game’s official YouTube page, a live action ARK: Survival Evolved web series has been announced. The debut trailer, which is just 16 seconds long, sees a new ARK player wash up on the beach. Disheveled and out of sorts, the player may hope for an easy start in the game’s dino-infested setting, but unfortunately for the newbie, the very first player they meet gives them a less-than-friendly greeting courtesy of their menacing dinosaur steed.
